Passcode lock / Screen lock:
Passcode lock or Screen lock is by far the most common kind of lock that there is since we usually need it every time we restart our phone or everytime the finger print or face ID screen unlock fails. In case you forgot the passcode or you have a phone that is currently disabled because you tried the wrong passcode too many times. Each time you get it wrong, a message is displayed that you are locked out for a certan amount of time. If you really can't remember the Passcode then please keep reading.
Now there is good news and bad news about this kind of unlock. The good news is that there is a solution and you will be able to access your phone again however the bad news is that all the information on your phone will be deleted unless you have made a backup already somewhere on your computer . If you have a backup then you can restore your phone to that earlier date when you made the backup and then you will still have most of your photos, app data and info saved from since the last backup was made.
How to unlock passcode / Screen lock on Android:
Hold down the Power & Volume up buttons at the same time. You should see the company logo followed by 'Installing system update' message.
- After a few moments, you should see 'No command' message flashing on screen. Wait about 10 to 15 seconds here and the device will enter into recovery mode.
- Use the Volume buttons to scroll through the menu and the power button to make a selection.
- Highlight the 'Wipe data' / 'factory reset' option.
- Use the POWER button to select.
- Highlight and select Yes then confirm the reset.
- Once it is reset, you will return to the same recovery mode screen. Press the Power button and then select Reboot system now.
If your phone is equipped with Factory reset protection (known as FRP) then you will not be able to reset the phone this way. This is security feature much like iCloud locks. In order to reset it now you will need a paid FRP removal service which requires a software to download, a Windows cumputer and a USB cable.
How to unlock passcode / Screen lock on iPhone
The first step is to connect your iPhone to a computer using a USB cable. Once the iPhone has been detected by the computer, go a head and power up the phone to enter recovery mode on the iPhone. To enter recovery mode simply press and hold the home and power button at exactly the same time keep doing this for exactly 10 seconds and after 10 seconds let go of the power button only. Now just keep holding the home button only until you see a message on iTunes saying that your phone has been detected as recovery mode.
Now click on restore iPhone on your computer screen. This will delete all the information that is on your phone so unless you have a backup in your computer all your data will be lost. This step will take around 30 minutes. Once everything is done you will have to access your phone again.
Network lock:
A network unlock will make your phone compatible with any carriers worldwide. This will work for any GSM carrier and you will be able to use your phone with any SIM card once the phone is network unlocked.
Keep in mind that this type of unlock is not normally free. You can call your network provider and enquire about the fees and conditions that you need to meet on your contract or pre-paid plan in order for them to unlock it for you. When the carrier refuses to network unlock your phone or if they are charging a heafty fee then the best option is to use our website and have us unlock it for you for less!

The first step is to get your phone's IMEI number. To do this simply dial *#06# on your phone as if you were making a regular phone call.

How to enter unlock code on Android device:

How to Network Unlock an Apple Device:

Once you open this email that confirms that your iPhone has been successfully unlocked and now the last step is to connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi to activate the unlock. There are two methods to activate your phone. The first method is to connect the phone using Wi-Fi or alternatively you can simply connect it to iTunes on your computer. You must have an internet connection. Once you have done this you will get the message in iCloud saying that your iPhone has been unlocked and you will be able to use it with any carrier worldwide.
iCloud Lock / Activation lock:
This type of lock is the by far the most complicated one of all. It is called Activation lock and is also referred to as iCloud lock.
For the people who recently bought a phone and is currently iCloud locked or you forgot the password of your iCloud account the free solution is that you get the password of the iCloud account that your phone is currently locked to from the previous account holder or you can click forgot password and try to get your own password back by following the instructions on the screen.

How to remove the iCloud lock from an iPhone
The good news is that as of 2019 the service for removing iCloud accounts has been very stable and can be done in a few days. The bad news is that it is expensive and it will not work if the phone has been set to LOST mode by the original owner in the iCloud account settings. Now if you can't access the phone dialler, you can retrieve the IMEI number on older iPhone models by looking at the back of the iPhone. It is written in small print right under the Apple Logo. In newer iPhones you can retrieve the IMEI number by taking out the SIM card tray. The IMEI number is written in small print on the side of the SIM card tray. You are looking for a 15 digit number that usually starts with 35 for newer iPhones like the iPhone 7 and 01 for older iPhones models like the iPhone 4S and iPhone 5.
Once you have entered in your IMEI number and clicked next, you will go to a page to confirm your order, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the buy now button. How to remove the SIM card lock
This type of lock is often confused with a network unlock as the messages on your phone can be similar or ambigious. If your phones prompts for a SIM PUK without the words network in it, that means that you need to enter the 4 digit pin number on the sim card itself. It is not related to the phone itself but only the sim card that is inside presently, if you insert a different sim card then this message will be gone.
How to unlock SIM PUK:
Before trying to guess your PIN be warned that if you enter in the wrong SIM card PUK 5 times incorrectly then your SIM card will become invalid and you will have to buy a new sim card as a result. If the SIM PUK was never changed then the default PIN on the sim card is 1234 or 0000 or the last 4 digits of your phone number. The SIM PUK can also be written on the packaging that the orginal SIM card came with. When in doubt, contact your sim card provider. IF you are the owner they will give you the PUK code for free.
So when someone says I should I want to unlock my phone it is easy to get confused to what type of unlock they are actual referring to. The Samsung Galaxy often has another type of lock which requires an unfreeze code, especially common with the Samsung galaxy J2, Samsung Galaxy a10 Samsung Galaxy a50 and Samsung Galaxy a20 models. ATT tmobile networks Verizon ATT iPhone 5S are often the easiest to unlock as they are older out of contract phones. Sprint unlocking on the other hand is usually difficult.
